About TARC

TARC, or The American Rocketry Challenge, is a competition for students to get first hand experience in applying Physics and Aerospace Engineering. Each year, hundreds of teams compete for the title of national champions. ​

About our courses

TARC is our main program. We have had great successes in TARC, and our experienced veterans are willing to share their expertise. We are committed to fielding 2 new teams in the upcoming TARC season. Because we are non-profit and this is our main program, we decided to keep it free​ of charge. 

    ​Program Info                                                    

• Rocketry Summer Camp: - 
  • Free for 6th - 12th graders
  • Starting on Saturday, June 11, 2022
  • 2 hours per week for 10 weeks
  • Require $50 for materials  and administration only from each participant. 
  • Unlimited spots
• TARC  Program:
  • After summer, 2  or 3 teams will be formed at YEA for the 2022 - 2023 TARC competitions
  • Spots are  limited  to first 30 students who will sign up. Returning TARC team members are guaranteed for their spots. 
  • Free of charge. All participants will just need to share the expenses to cover materials, registration, license, etc. 
  • Meetings will be scheduled by the captains.
