About TARC

TARC, or The American Rocketry Challenge, is a competition for students to get first hand experience in applying physics and aerospace engineering. Each year, hundreds of teams compete for the title of national champions. ​

About our program

TARC is our main program. We have had great successes in TARC, and our experienced veterans are willing to share their expertise. We are committed to fielding 2 new teams in the upcoming TARC season. Because we are non-profit and this is our main program, we decided to keep it free​ of charge.

We are thrilled to announce that registration for the 2024-2025 TARC team at Young Engineers in Action (YEA) is now open!
TARC Team Details:

• Who Should Join: Rising 6th graders and older students
• Cost: $300 per member (covers materials only; no fee is collected by YEA or advisors)
• Student Capacity: Limited to the first 30 students, first come, first served. Returning students are guaranteed a spot if registered before September 1, 2024.
